• Telehealth: Phone and webcam appointments are available through the use of a HIPAA-compliant webcam/audio program.

Rates/Insurance

We are private pay, out of network providers.

What does that mean?

• Our full fee is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, charge and HCSA cards ($275/50 minute session for individual therapy or coaching)

 

• If you have a PPO insurance plan, you have 2 convenient options to get reimbursed after payment is made:

1. 1. 1. We provide you a superbill that you then submit to your insurance.

      2. To help you avoid any paperwork, we electronically submit the claim to your insurance provider.

*Please note that it is the client’s responsibility to know what coverage their plan offers for mental health services.

*All appointments require a credit card to reserve your chosen date and time. No charges will go through at this time.  Missed appointments without a 24 hour cancellation are charged at the full hourly rate because once booked, this time is set aside just for you.
